We’ve made our new business programme as easy as possible. Just follow these simple steps.
Claiming for a Promotion
If you just want to claim straight away for a product instead of saving and claiming points please see our latest promotions here and download the appropriate claim form(s). If you have already applied to join or wish to join – in order to activate your membership you must first claim a boiler or radiator with proof of purchase (copy invoice) through one of the promotions (available via the merchants applicable and this website) – you will remain inactive until you sign-up. When your membership is activated as a big thank you we will send you a £25 voucher to be redeemed off your next Ideal Boiler purchase.
Claiming for Points
To find out how many points each boiler or radiator will earn see the Product Guide section. Don’t worry about keeping track of your points, we’ll send you a statement once every month. If you need to know your tally at any time though, email or phone us and we’ll be happy to give you an update.
Registering your points
Registering your points couldn’t be easier. Simply fill in the registration form with the following details:
- The type and quantity of boilers or radiators you have purchased
- The invoice number
You then need to return the form along with a copy of the invoice. You can do this in two different ways:
- Fax it to 0800 138 1153
- Post it back to us : : Installer Connect FREEPOST, PO Box 103, National Avenue, Hull, HU5 4JN
If you’ve got your eye on something that you just can’t wait to get your hands on, you can redeem points (minimum 50% of the reward value) and pay off the difference by cheque. You can also choose an item you would like from any retailer you like using the Your Choice option. Full terms and conditions are available.
Claiming your rewards
Once the points have been credited to your account, you can claim your reward by completing a reward claim form or Your Choice claim form with the following details:
- The name and reference number of the reward you’d like.
- The quantity required
- The delivery address (if different from your business address).
- Any amount you are using to ‘top up’. (Please call for a quote before you send this in). Cheques are payable to Installer Connect.
- Cost of reward and retailer name for Your Choice option.
